Description: 9-mile, controlled-acess toll road bypassing the Dallas central business district near the Trinity River levee. Initially, six and four lanes will be constructed, with the ultimate facility being six lanes.

Status: Archaeological work is completed. The NTTA is working with its partners to obtain environmental clearance.

Estimated Cost Range for eight alternative alignments: $1.1 billion to $2.1 billion (Estimates based on a modified alternative, subject to change as design progresses and economic conditions change.)
