Rockwall County — Rockwall County commissioners have approved an exclusive listing agreement with a real estate broker to list and sell almost eight acres of county-owned property along Interstate 30.

In the agreement approved Tuesday, Jones Lane Lasalle Brokerage Inc. was appointed broker/agent for the listing and sale of 7.89 acres on the northwest corner of T.L. Townsend Drive and the I-30 service road.

The property is part of the 26-acre site of the Rockwall County Library and the future Rockwall County Courthouse.
